Preparation
Stone oven: Top heat 320°C. Bottom heat: 270°C
Remove the pizzas from the packaging and bake in a preheated stone oven for 5:00 – 6:00 minutes.
Convention oven: Baking temperature: 220°C. Fan speed: 50%
Preheat the convection oven to 250°C. Remove the pizzas from packaging and bake on a suitable tray for 5-6 minutes at 220°C
until done.
Preheat the combi oven to 190°C (combination mode) and 50% moisture with high fan. Remove the pizzas from the packaging
and bake on a suitable tray 4-5 minutes at 190 degrees and 50% moisture with fan high until done.
