Dr. Oetker Professional Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder is a natural, non-alkalised cocoa powder made from West African cocoa beans and is perfect for cakes, brownies and desserts.

Substitute some of the flour in your recipe with cocoa. Cocoa absorbs more moisture so you may need to adjust the liquid in your recipe.
