- Put the boiling water into a large bowl or jug and pour in the jelly mix. Stir well to combine until all the jelly mix has dissolved.
- Divide the mixture equally between your serving glasses. Add a few fresh berries into each glass and put in the fridge to set for a few hours or overnight.
- When you are ready to serve and your jelly has set, whip the cream to soft peaks. Then either pipe or spoon a dollop of cream on top of each jelly.
- Sprinkle over the chocolatey strands and finish with a strawberry on top.
Shelf Life- Store in in the fridge for up to 2 days, the jellies are best served straight away once decorated.
