Mini calzones using dough balls
  1. Take your defrosted pizza dough and roll into a large thin sheet.
  2. Cut out using a round pastry cutter and fill with your choice of ingredients- we used sauteed peppers, onions and tomatoes finished with cheese.
  3. Add a small teaspoon of filling to each round of pizza dough and egg wash the edges before folding and crimping.
  4. Egg wash the top of your mini calzones and bake.
  5. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
