Made with fine Californian Almonds and Moroccan almond butter to create a soft, pliable product.

Naturally coloured by almonds means you have one less ingredient to worry about.

Our Marzipan can be baked into or used as a covering layer on all types of cakes and can also be used for making delicious confectionery or modelling decorations.

  • Cooking Instructions

    Made from a traditional blend of the finest quality almonds giving it it’s distinctive taste. Knead marzipan until it’s soft and pliable. Lightly dust work surface and rolling pin with icing sugar. Roll out to your desired thickness, before draping over your cake add a thin layer of jam or buttercream to help it stick. Smooth icing over cake and trim away any excess.
