Using our unique rising takeaway dough, we’ve stuffed the crusts of this Chicago Town Stuffed Crust Takeaway Loaded Pepperoni 12″ pizza with our signature tomato sauce and topped with mozzarella and pepperoni, all of which cooks in as little as 3 minutes (in an accelerated oven).

Our Chicago Town Takeaway range can also be hot held using our self serve packaging for 3 hours!

  • Cooking Instructions
    The following guidelines are provided for various oven types. As ovens vary it may be necessary to adjust these slightly to suit specific requirements.
    Remove pizza from all packaging.
    Ensure product is hot throughout once cooked. Crust edges will rise during cooking and become golden. The product benefits
    from standing for a period of 1 – 2 minutes post-cooking before serving.
    Combi Ovens:  Cook directly on a narrow wire mesh shelf or baking sheet. Use the Dry Heat setting to cook the product at 220°C for 6 mins.
    Impinger Ovens: Preheat to 250°C and cook for 7 mins.
    High-Speed Cooking:
    • Merrychef 402S: 275°C; 2 mins 45 secs at 60% fan; 50% power
    • Merrychef EC401 Mealstream: 250°C for 6 mins; 50% microwave during first 3 mins.
    SMEG Alpha 41: 220°C for 12-15 mins
    Static Air and Domestic Ovens:  190°C/350°F/Gas Mark 5 for 20 to 25 minutes

    CAUTION: TOPPING WILL BE EXTREMELY HOT

    WHEAT flour (with calcium, niacin (B3), iron, thiamin (B1)), tomato puree, water, MOZZARELLA CHEESE (13%), pork and beef pepperoni (8%) (pork, beef fat, salt, dextrose, spices, sugar, dried glucose syrup, garlic powder, antioxidants (sodium ascorbate, extracts of rosemary), smoke flavouring, spice extracts, preservative (sodium nitrite), smoke), vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), yeast, sugar, salt, modified potato starch, BARLEY malt extract, garlic, thickener (guar gum), herbs and spices, acidity regulator (monocalcium phosphate), flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid), flavouring, colour (betacarotene).
