  • Cooking Instructions

    Knead the icing until it’s soft and pliable. Lightly dust work surface and rolling pin with icing sugar. Roll out to your desired thickness, before draping over your cake add a thin layer of jam or buttercream to help it stick. Smooth icing over the cake and trim away any excess.
