Knead some green colour gel into your cookie dough and mix through the billionaires choc chip mix. Divide into pieces and roll into balls and chill the cookie dough for about 30 minutes before baking.

Once baked and cool, spread a layer of chocolate spread over the base of one cookie and dollop a of marshmallow fluff and sandwich another cookie on top.

For a theatrical finishing touch pile your cookie sandwiches onto a plate or board and melt some marshmallow and spread over the top of the cookies like a web.
