Ginger and Strawberry Trifle

Make up the strawberry jelly following the instructions on pack.

Line the base of the glass/bowl with chopped strawberries and place cubes of ginger sponge on top. Pour over the jelly and leave to set in the fridge.

Pour some vanilla infused custard on top.

Top your trifle with vanilla whipped cream and decorate with great British sprinkles and gold pearls.
