Dip the rim of your glass in melted white scotdrops and then dip into a bowl of rainbow choc chip mix to cover. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

Fill the glass with the slushie cocktail and garnish with some fresh fruit and herbs.
