Chilli Non-Carne Pizza
  1. Take a 9” Dr. Oetker Rising Dough Base from the freezer and remove packaging. Leave the pizza on the baking paper circle it comes on.
  2. Add the vegan mince evenly to the base, sprinkle the mixed beans and drizzle the desired amount of chilli sauce over.
  3. Place the pizza (still on the baking paper) directly onto the wire rack in the oven or a preheated pizza stone and bake until the dough crust has risen and is golden brown.
  4. Once out of the oven, spoon over the sour cream, arrange the tortilla chips and sprinkle the chopped chives to finish.

    • 120g Vegan Mince
    • 70g Tinned Mixed Beans, drained
    • 50ml Chilli Sauce (freshly made or a jar of sauce is fine)
    • 20g Tortilla Chips
    • 6-8 tsp Vegan Sour Cream
    • 2 Tablespoons of chopped chives
