Calzone

To make a Calzone you’ll need to use the Raw Dough Base. Remove from the freezer and let defrost for 20+ minutes.

Fill one side of the pizza base with your choice of toppings (top tip, use cooked or part cooked toppings!). Once filled fold over one side to create your calzone shape. To seal your calzone wet the edge of one side and use your fingers to crimp the edges tightly.

Glaze your calzone with a brush of oil, sprinkling of cheese or whatever you prefer before putting in the oven.
