  • Cooking Instructions

    The following guidelines are provided for various oven types.

    As ovens vary it may be necessary to adjust these slightly to suit specific requirements

    Preheat oven.
    Holding the lip, remove the cardboard disc, leaving the baking paper circle under the pizza.
    Place the frozen pizza directly onto the wire rack and bake
    Ensure the and that the crust edges are risen and golden brown.

    Oven 230ºc 12-16 minutes
    Fan Assisted Oven 230ºc 9-12 minutes
    Combi Steamer Holding the lip, remove the cardboard disc and the baking paper circle under the pizza. 230°c 8-10minutes
    Cook the pizza on DRY HEAT on a rack to allow the base to brown.
    Conveyor Oven 270ºc 4 –5 minutes
